As unappetizing as this dish looks, it actually tastes incredible. With the traditional hainanese curry sauce and the savoury sauce from the stewed pork mixed together with rice and all the other ingredients, it creates a tasty explosion of flavours in your mouth.I love the curry chicken wings they serve here as it is cooked till the meat just simply falls off the bones when you bite into it. No effort is required at all.The hainanese fried pork chop is a little dry, but I guess it adds texture

The hainanese fried pork chop is a little dry, but I guess it adds texture admidst the gloopiness of the sauces. Depending on my mood.
I really like the traditional hainanese cabbage here as well. It's well cooked, and just slightly crunchy. It goes very well with the rice and sauces.
The overall cleanliness of the place is not that great, but it's definitely an authentic experience sitting there, eating your snotty looking mess of a meal. What I can say is this - it definitely tastes better than it looks! And being open late for supper, it's a hearty post-party food!
