Novus Restaurant (Closed)

I went with my girlfriend and her family to novus for a nice meal to celebrate her mother’s birthday. The setting of the restaurant is really nice and comforting. I ordered the stuffed and rolled organic chicken. It was so good! the chicken was so tender and juicy. they actually stuff mushroom and truffles into the chicken breast. Making the dish so flavoursome. I love the sauce. it is a combination of egg yoke and white wine reduction. A refreshing taste. I totally love this place!
