The commerze@ Irving is located behind exit A of Tai Seng Mrt. As it is an industrial area, during lunch time, you can see crowds flooding the row of café located there. Apart from the lunch time crowd, grasso is the place where you can enjoy quality and good food and beverage while taking a time out from the hustle and bustle of the city.

provide diner with “cheap and good” food and beverage, this is why their food and beverage are affordably priced.
