The place is conveniently located at the first level of Far East Plaza and the restaurant itself gives out a simple minimalistic setting with warm lightings creating a comfortable ambience. We were kind of in a rush that day as we had to hurry back to school for lessons. Although Saveur adopts the kind of fine dining menu concept which is not supposed to be very extensive, some younger people may tend to want more options so one of my friend didn't want to have anything as main. Therefore we decided to get their <b style="line-height: 1.6;">Saveur's Pasta ($4.90) to share among ourselves. This appetizer is a signature at Saveur. The finely seasoned angel hair pasta were lightly tossed in chili oil then perfectly twirled in a memorable way which were then topped with nicely chopped Japanese konbu (seaweed) and tiny sakura ebi (cherry shrimp), the pasta were complimented with some minced pork sauce for hint of flavours. A definite must try! Overall, I will visit again to try out more items on their menu! Can't wait to get their duck confit, chicken roulade and sea bass dish!
