Located in the neighbourhoods of Ang Mo Kio is the CASTEL cafe. They specialises in pasta and pizza, but does sell other western food too.The smell of cream sauce was in the air as the Carbonara arrived piping hot. The cream sauce though light, carried just the right amount of flavour. Bacon was nicely cooked and was rather chewy.Panna Cotta with Chocolate was pretty light and refreshing, however it would have been a bit better off if it was firmer.
