One thingi like about carousel is that they change their menu every month and they will update their menu on their website. Just this month I happened to scroll their website and saw their april menu, it totally made me salivate and I immediately went to make a reservation. Their service is really good, I made a reservation in the morning, in the afternoon they gave me a call to confirm my reservation, and they even sent me an email to confirm my reservation, totally great customer service.The f
The food there is absolutely delicious, I practically spent two hours eating until I was so full. There were all kind of food, from sushi, to sashimi to a wide selection of seafood. Their seafood not only come in those kind where you squeeze lemon and tobacco sauce, there were some that we marinated with spicy sauce too.
They had a lot of live station where the chef prepare the food for you. They even had oyster omelette! My favourite! The oysters were fat and juicy, the chef added a lot of vegetables into the dish. There was not much starch too! And most importantly the egg was so fragrant. Too bad their sauce was not like those outside. It is much thicker.
The dessert spread was good, their bread pudding was a killer. I had 3 servings of that. It was rather sweet, suitable for sweet tooth like me. it is a must to save place for desserts or you will regret!
Do try it, every month they have different menu.
