In Soup Spoon, just like commonly found, some of the salads contain mostly greens (example: Caesar) but the rest like Asian Tofu Salad, the overall most visible ingredient in it is the fried tofu that's cut into reasonable cubes, bite sized. In Soup Spoon, just like commonly found, some of the salads contain mostly greens (example: Caesar) but the rest like Asian Tofu Salad, the overall most visible ingredient in it is the fried tofu that's cut into reasonable cubes, bite sized. I happened to have the Asian tofu salad and it was pretty good. There were tofu, a small serving of green lettuce, peeled mandarin oranges, sunflower seeds, shaved carrots and cherry tomatoes. Sesame oil dressing was also served separately. Overall, the salad was not too bad as the vegetables used were fresh and the mandarin oranges were really sweet and juicy but like I have mentioned, the tofu took up about 70% of the dish. So if you aren't a fan of bean, you might wanna try something else on the menu.
