The sirloin is quite thick, big piece and nicely grilled with the grill lines.The meat is medium well, left 20% red in the middle and i like this wellness.The sides are great, esp the potato salad which is tender and refreshing.As i was quite hungry, i ordered butter rice as sides but then i found out that was too filling and hardly can finish it.The chicken is tender and big in size too. The Hickory sauce is very nice, i love the BBQ flavour. The sides are crispy onion rings and fresh crunchy
