look at the bak kwa. there is so much burnt bits. overall, there is about 30% burnt bits, which is very bad because you have to spit out the burnt bits all the time. it is bitter and yucky. it is also super oily and tough. would not recommend this at all. and it is so expenisve. doesn't taste as good at the hock guan ones. this quality is only like fragrance's bak kwa (which could even be better than this!). the sealing of the packet is fancy and everything so you are paying for that. the meat i
