I visited Mad Jack for the first time in NEX and ordered this chicken chop.I had a good impression when I visited the Mad Jack at Jalan Kayu. The baked rice I had then was good and their sides were yummy too.However, these impressions did not tally with the chicken chop. The standard was.. non-existent. I was disappointed with the entire dish. The chicken was not tender enough, the sauce was just bad and the service was not very friendly as well. The only saving grace was the fries, but well, it

Well, I hope it improves the standard of their dishes and services, then maybe I'll visit it again.
