awesome bbq sambal dishes

My dad brought the whole family to Alexandra Village food centre for our favourite sambal bbq food. We have been patronizing this stall for quite some time already. Our favourite food is their sambal stingray, sambal kang kong and sambal sotong. Their stingray is simply fresh. Topped with the sambal, it is simply heavenly. The kang kong is very crunchy. The spicy sambal sauces really goes well with the kang kong, when eaten with rice. it is awesome!
