If you are at Whampoa market, you have to try this orange-peel and sour plum drink, which comes with a cup of ice water. The stall owner is very friendly and nicely explain to me that I have to drink till the middle of the cup, and then add some more ice water, stir and drink again and continue the cycle until I finish it all! I like it so much I even bought home a bottle of the concentrate($3), which has no expiry date and I can make 10 cups out of it!
