I came with my partner to have lunch. We decided to try the bak kut teh for the first time. The nicely cooked pork ribs were served in a bowl of rather peppery soup with a nice garlicky taste. The texture of these pork ribs was at the right level of softness. It was so soft that the meat came off the bone effortlessly. The best way to enjoy these pork ribs is to dip them into the dark sauce with red cut chillies. It goes well with rice too.
