Since Chinese New Year, I have been craving for their bak kwa marinated with herbs. Their bak kwa is definitely better than Bee Cheng Hiang's, and with the newly (?) introduced herbs flavour, I'm sure many will give it a try. Do ask for those with less fats, although they taste the same (or a little tougher), it's healthier (or I would like to think so). If you are not keen to get too much of it, buy a few pieces a time like me!
