there was a time when ikea served Asian food. Now they focus mainly on western food, which does not cater to my parents liking. but anyway my sis and I dragged them there for our family dinner. On top of the usual meatball and chicken wings that we used to order, we decided to try the baked fish. It was quite a small piece of fish but was cooked perfectly. On top of the usual meatball and chicken wings that we used to order, we decided to try the baked fish. It was quite a small piece of fish but was cooked perfectly. On top of the fish, there was some breaded crumbs. The crumbs were so buttery and tasty, I could taste that they added herbs to the crumbs as well. it went so well with the fish. They served the fish with carrots and potatoes. I thought the carrots were the soft kinds but it turned out to be the crunchy raw ones. They topped the carrots and potatoes with cream sauce, it was rather tasty. but the fish was indeed the highlight of the meal, even my parents who do not really fancy western food thought the fish was indeed good.
