I was in the mood for some spicy foods so came here with my partner for dinner. We ordered the BBQ stingry with sambal chilli. The fresh tasting stingray was quite a thick and big piece nicely grilled with a layer of generous amount of sambal chilli. The level of spiciness of the chilli is not as spicy as expected. It tasted aromatic with a hint of sweetness. The taste was further enhanced by the lime provided. It goes so well with the rice.
