51 soya bean curd finally opens at causeway point, so glad to get the soya bean curd so close to home. The bean curd that 51 soya bean curd is somewhat similar to that of lao ban’s. the bean curd itself has each own sweetness, do not need to add any syrup. Furthermore the bean curd has that malt texture. The bean curd was very smooth, the texture is just right, not too soft, not too hard. It taste very creamy and milky as well. a very good refreshing snack. the original bean curd cost about $1.5
