Their zichar standard is there so I always patronise them if I wanted to have hor fun or zichar. This time round, I ordered the fried beef hor fun (dry). The beef hor fun was a bit oily but I can still accept it. The hor fun was well coated with the dark sauce and the texture was smooth. There was also a generous amount of beef slices that were tender and slightly chewly. The beef has been well marinated. The overall taste was slightly sweet with a hint of saltiness. Very well balanced. Deliciou
