This stall is my Muslim colleagues favourite, being their lunch kakis for almost a year, I realized that they never fail to patronize this stall every time we go there despite there are so many other halal choices. Beef Kway Tiao Thai Style for my lunch today. Costs: S$4.00. Served in a shiny metal bowl with a brown basket underneath to insulate the heat and it also enable us to take the food easily without scalding our hands.
Beef kway Tiao's first look with chilli flakes on top of the gravy. I was expecting clear soup with beef and kway tiao. However it was served like the chinese style "Hor Fun". Kway tiao was white in color though.
