So far, i havent tried any chawanmushi which is better than the ones served in Sakae Sushi! The texture is smooth with ingredients hiding at the bottom waiting to be found. It's best when served hot! So far, we're pleased with the quality of Sakae Sushi at this outlet.
Just a gentle note that the quality varies with the different outlets islandwide. I wasnt very pleased with the food quality in Sentosa which i went nearly 1 year ago. Me n bf were the only ones in the restaurant and food was served cold and 'stale' looking.
