Out of all the minced meat noodle soup that I tried before, I feel that Blk 216 Bedok serve the best minced meat noodle soup. The soup is great and I especially like their wonton which is really tasty. I usually will ask to add more wonton with my noodle. Their noodle is cooked just nice and it comes with meatball too, which also taste good, springy. Another thing I like about this stall is that the minced meat in their noodle does not contain alot of fats. Unlike the stall at Blk 85 Bedok which I also feel is over-rated, you can practically see the “meat” floating on the soup, those are fats and not meat.
This stall has had a long history of selling minced meat noodles, they are the 4th genearation! Give it a try and I believe you will agree that it is tasty. They start at 6am and closed at 1.30pm. Be prepared to queue if u go on the weekends but you wont regret it . Btw, they only serve soup noodle, no dry version.
