I have heard many people raving about how good Drips Bakery fruit tart is so i decided to try it on my own. I took away this Cinnamon Pear Tart as it looks very pretty and unique. Taste wise, i cannot detect any cinnamon fragrance and the pear used was grainy and dry in texture. I would prefer the layer of frangipane below the fruits to be thicker as it was so thin that it doesn't contribute much texture nor flavour to the tart.
