Both of my roommate and me were silly after losing lots of money in gambling at Marina Bay Sands on Sunday evening, so we really crazy in thinking ways of solving our hunger. Suddenly, he suggested to visit this restaurant because it has a tasty tulang throughout all these years and we need to ride MRT from Bayfront to Nicoll Highway station only.
As usual, I ordered teh tarik (Pulled Tea), mutton fried rice with egg and sup tulang merah (Bone Marrow Soup).He is a loyal customer for its signature dish - Sup Tulang Merah. Sup Tulang Merah is one of the famous dish in Singapore. It is best eaten with bread and the soup is made using a special chilli concoction, as well as tomato and chilli sauce. While I tried it, I loved it so much and I decided to come here every end of the month because the food here is not expensive and the feeling is good when I eat it. Therefore, I strongly recommended this yummy food by posting this review here.
This Indian style, mutton fried rice was very tasty and quick to make me finish the whole plate within 3 minutes because it was nicely cooked mutton with egg gives excellent taste.
Remember to take care of your diet when you are placing an order for local Malay food due to it's specialties are Soup Tulang, Mee Goreng, Murtabak and Tulang Merah.
You need not worry about the seating arrangement because they offer many tables and chairs in this shop and side lane during the night time.
