Nothing beats the Yong Tau Foo at Ngee Foo. I have been a regular customer since i first tried them about 13 yrs back. The yong tau foo was very fresh and the gravy was heavenly! It's slightly starchy and thick, and tasted of roasted garlic and yellow bean. Hard to describe but I really liked the gravy. I also had some standard ingredients such as fishballs, pork dumplings, beancurd skin and so on, and all the ingredients were very nice. To sum up, I believe this is one of the best yong tau foo
