This zi char place is located within walking distance from SMU, there are quite a lot of dishes to choose from and the place is quite big. We tried several dishes: the tofu was good, soft and the gravy complements it well. The omelette was average though, a very plain dish and nothing to rave about. For veggies, do try the veg with 3 different kinds of eggs, the broth was quite tasty. We especially liked their salted egg chicken - as a fan of salted egg, I might be a little biased towards it but it went well with the chicken and all of us liked it.
