I oredered 6 piece pepper nuggets combo ($5.90), which comes with a side, a biscuits and a drink and 3 piece chicken tenders ($3.90).
Something that is rather special as compare to the other fried chicken is the biscuit. It's lightly salted with a texture which is soft and between the texture of bread and cake rather than biscuit. Personally I like this a lot. On top of that, the chicken tender here is juicy and tender, highly recommended for people who prefer not to dirty their hands.
The nuggets here are slightly more unique as compare to many other places. Beside the fact that you can taste REAL chicken meat, the chicken nugget is also mildly spicy. Overall I think popeyes has great quality of fried chicken. Although it's a fast food and is fried, the chickens aren't heavy laden with oil. Beside that service here is relatively good. Thus if you are around the area do come and try their fried chicken.
