Yu Kee has francise stalls everywhere in Singapore but this Toa Payoh koufu outlet impressed me on this occasion. Ordered a $4 kway chap with the mini kway teow type. My mixed set includes, eggs, braised pork, fish cake and big intestines. I would say what makes this yu kee stall different is the richly flavored sauce and soup taste. its just a little more than the usual franchise stalls i've tried, and i must say i liked it alot. Eating the nice kway tiao kia with the sauce is a perfect combination. Definitely prefer this version of the kway as it will not clump together if left for long. Also eating kway chap with the anchovies mixed belachan chilli is also a delight.
