Small party to birthday girl Gloria, we brought her a surprise. We knew that she like BengawanSolo, so we pre-ordered the birthday cake for her. Freshly baked from the oven, the staff followed our request to put a Chocolate with written words there. Light Mango mousse embedded with pieces of mangoes, fresh cream was at the same time sandwiched between the layers light sponge cake. Smooth and silky, the taste was just nice, not too sweet.
