They have a few versions, one with the BBQ Pork (Char Siew) or the Plain one. The top of the bun provided some sweetness to the bread which is what I like about this bread. It is quite crumbly and so very flaky. Be careful when eating this bun, it can create quite a mess.Still it is not too heavy on the palate and I easily finished the light and fluffy bread.
