The Chocolate Blanc was fancy artisan talk for bread with white chocolate. But boy, did it deliver! The custard-like texture of the milky white chocolate complemented the soft fluffy white bread surrounding it.

My 2nd piece of bread was quite a mouthful to order - Dark Brown Brioche embracing caramel. But it was quite worth the effort just in terms of uniqueness alone. Topped with a buttery sugar coat, the dark brown outer crust was both crispy and savoury. Breaking the bread in half, I was treated to a stark contrast. Where the crust was nearly crunchy, the insides was still soft and downy, with a lining of caramel nestled within the bread that added that additional flavour and sweetness.

To top it all off, I had the White Coffee pudding. It had great texture, and the pudding itself was thoroughly infused with coffee. For that additional kick, you could even dig down to the base of the bottle used to serve the pudding, and spoon up additional licks of coffee.

Prices are slightly above your average bakery, but still acceptable. I'm looking forward to my next visit and my next taste test
