I also frequent breadtalk because of their new and innovative creations. This time when I went to breadtalk, I got a pastry called the grape escape. it was a tart with cream and green grapes. The tart base was light and not soggy, and it was very interesting to pair the tart with grapes since grapes are not conventionally used in desserts. My first time trying this combination, and I think it is a very good idea! Grapes are sweet and crunchy!
