This is my favorite bread of all time from BreadTalk. It is actually a thick toast with garlic butter, strips of ham and an egg in the middle. I like it because it is one of the most filling bread I could find in BreadTalk with a reasonable price. The taste is good too of course. The thick toast has a crispy outer which makes it even tastier. The egg in the centre has a runny white instead of the yolk but nevertheless I still would want to purchase it for my breakfast next day!
