Mcdonald again.recently in love with this Mcmuffin with egg and sausage. So i ordered again and the set omes with a piece of hash brown and drink (iced milo) A very filling brunch i had. The mcmuffin is very tasty but also not healthy. Salty and oily. Anyway, fast food is always not good to eat so frequently, i should have control over myself.
