Dining at Eggs & Berries was a pretty impromptu decision as my friend wanted to have brunch and Eggs & Berries serve all-day breakfast ^^ The place is very empty when we arrive around 11am, probably because it is a weekday and it is not the lunch hour yet. I guess eggs are the main highlight of this cafe and so we ordered the Eggs Benedict. It consist of two poached eggs, ham and spinach on top of two English muffins, drenched with Hollandaise sauce. On top of that, bacon, tomato and rosti hash brown was also served alongside it.

We didn't know that the Pan-seared Chicken came along with pancakes and a poach egg! We read the menu too fast! Other items include baked beans, side salad and rosti hash brown. Anyway, I think every main has an egg component! No wonder it is called Eggs & Berries. Three different sauces were served for the pancakes, maple syrup, chocolate and raspberry.

Overall, the food at Eggs & Berries is quite average. However, they are pretty value for money for the serving size. I like that the cafe is very spacious and bright with comfortable seats and I may be back to try their waffles!
