Had a tea reception buffet by Tim Delight. There were quite a few dishes including wanton, curry puff, hongkong noodles, chicken char siew pau, fried chicken wings and oh-so-good chocolate eclairs! Their food (chicken wings and noodles) were not too salty but could be more flavourful, I needed to get chili sauce for additional flavour. Their food (chicken wings and noodles) were not too salty but could be more flavourful, I needed to get chili sauce for additional flavour. The chicken char siew pau was well steamed, still soft and easy to eat. I really love the eclairs from this caterer. The eclairs are light and you can easily pop a few into your mouth in one go. The cream oozes out of the puff easily as soon as it enters into your mouth, coupled with the chocolate topping on top, it is really awesome.
