Economic Rice dishes aren't always the best, nowhere comparable to home-cooked meal or perhaps, real tze char. However, what's good is that they are always low-cost, budget and filling. The cai fan at this stall is pretty not bad, at least it isn't that salty nor oily. Serving isn't stingy either. It can get really crowded during evening on weekdays, when people have just knocked off from work and grabbing a dinner before heading home.
