Canopy Garden Dining & Bar offers an unique dining experience surrounded by lush greenery and open spaces- after all it is located in the heart of the Bishan Park. And what better day to start the day, then to have a great breakfast here in the park? I ordered Eggs Benedict which was not too bad at all. The runny egg yolk gushed out as I pierced the soft poached eggs, which were soaked up by the english muffin buns provided. The tangy hollandaise sauce went really well with the runny eggs and cooked ham provided. There is also a portion of green salad served with the dish.
