I love the ambient at Canopy Garden Dining & Bar. It offers a unique dining experience in a peaceful garden setting providing the perfect getaway from the urbanized Singapore.The Caesar Salad had romaine lettuce tossed with anchovy dressing topped with crispy bacon, poached egg, parmesan and crisp garlic toast. The Green Curry Pasta with Pepper Chicken came with linguine tossed with spicy homemade green curry sauce topped with peppered chicken, cherry tomato and fresh rocket. The fusion between Thai and Italian was interesting and nice. The pasta was very tasty with the green curry flavour.
