Rice cakes used were soft but the taste of carrots was really quite minimal. But the good thing about this plate of carrot cake is that they were very crispy, having been fried to a crispy golden. After some time, the fried carrot cake still remained crispy. The eggs were also quite generous but I didn’t like the chilli sauce which was a little too sweet. Other than that, it is a pretty good plate of carrot cake.
