Crystal Jade bakery sells a variety of dim sum ranging from patries to puffs to egg tarts and of course baos, i.e. steamed buns. These buns are sold to customers chilled in a packet of 6 and customers have to steam them at home before consumption. The buns are stuffed with char siew (pork with red sauce) and carries a sweet taste. The bun itself is slightly fluffy and taste best when it is served piping hot. However, I found the char siew a little too sweet for me and this might not appeal to people who do not like pork or sweet meat. The flour of the bun can also improved further
