Many had seen buying more of Ghee Huat's Fried Oyster than their Char Kway Teow (CKT) as I felt that they are more specialized in their oysters. Over dinner, we ordered CKT and this was a special order as we requested it to be "blacker" with dark sauce. This version of CKT was considered sweet to me perhaps due to that it was requested for a "blacker" appearance.
