Many had seen buying more of Ghee Huat's Fried Oyster than their Char Kway Teow (CKT) as I felt that they are more specialized in their oysters. This version of CKT was considered sweet to me perhaps due to that it was requested for a "blacker" appearance. What I like about the plate of CKT was that it was packed with egg fragrances and ingredients portions was generous. Overall its a decent dish for dinner.
