Really love this cha shu ramen and the white fish here;DFirstly, the service was good and the waiting time wasn’t too long, so that’s already a plus point.The taste of the soup is so rich and delicious, yet it is not too salty or over flavoured. The noodles are moderately soft and chewy and the cha shu was yummy. It was sliced to the right size and the flavour of the soup reaches into it. Always love the ramen at ajisen for its fragrant and richly flavour soup;D
For the white fish side dish, it was delicious too. It was coated with crispy outer and was soft inside.The fish also retains the sweet and fresh natural taste of the fish…recommend!(:
