Was grocery shopping at Giant Tampines, and came across their Foodcourt; it’s crowded and I waited for almost 20mins before I got a seat.I ordered Char Siew Wanton Mee; Char siew was dry and tough, light and mellow tasting wanton filled with very little minced meat. The noodle is well cooked and the sauces they mixed is also tasty but I would go back to this stall again as the most important thing in wanton mee, to me, is the char siew.
