I ordered this chashu ramen in a recent visit to Tampopo outlet in Takashimaya as recommended by the friendly waiter who served us. The soup base is shoyu base and it's very tasty and flavourful, not overly salty. The ramen half boiled eggs served here are PERFECTION. One bite into the egg and the runny egg yolk just oozes out. The pork chasu served here is really tender and there is some black soya sauce spread over it. Ramen served here are a little pricey at around $20 per bowl and there seems to be a lot of people waiting for a table around dinner time. This place is quite popular and be prepared to wait a while.
