Another trip to the airport and I knew that I had to continue check out the Staff Canteen at Terminal 2 after having tried Wild Olives previously.

Look at how big the staff canteen at Terminal 2 is. Lots of seats, brightly lit, clean and spacious! Moreover, there are so many stalls selling their food at very affordable prices.

The menu along with the price list for public and staff. As this is a staff canteen, it is understandable that staff price is cheaper.

Free flow of pork lard which you can add in to your liking. The sambal chilli was disappointing. It was spicy but way too salty. In addition, the flavour of belacan was overwhelming.

Honestly speaking, this is just an average Fried Hokkien Mee. The flavour and taste was so-so. If the dish was fried together with the pork lard, it would have tasted much better (what a pity). The other down side was that the bee hoon was of different size compared to the yellow noodle. If similar size bee hoon was used, it would have been better.

The flip side of the coin is that this cost only $3 (so affordable). For $3, you get such a big plate of Fried Hokkien Mee (where else can you get so much at such a price?). Furthermore, they added clams into the dish (which is rare for this dish).

I will be back more often when I have the opportunity. Cheap cheap!

To get to the Staff Canteen at Terminal 2, you would need to take the lift up to level 3M. Some lifts does not service level 3M (depending on which part of the building you are in). You would then need to take the lift to Level 3 and take a flight of stairs up to reach 3M. Alternatively, just ask any airport staff, they will be able to give you the directions.
