It was my first time dining at 18 chef and i find it really very affordable. I had the student meal which cost only $7.90 with a main and a drink (not in photo) i Ordered black pepper spaghetti and there are scrambled eggs, mushroom and hotdog. I specially love the black pepper sauce, it is very rich and flavorful. The scrambled egg was quite average, expected it to be more creamy. Overall, i think it is a very budget place for student to dine in!
