Amongst the many muslim stalls in this food centre, there is this western food stall. I was there during lunch and there was quite a few people in front of this stall. It raised my level of curiousity so i decided to try it too. I ordered the fried chicken cutlet served with the usual baked beans, coleslaw and french fries. It raised my level of curiousity so i decided to try it too. I ordered the fried chicken cutlet served with the usual baked beans, coleslaw and french fries. I could clearly taste that the chicken cutlet was nicely seasoned and fried well to give it a nice crispiness. Most importantly, it did not taste as oily as expected. Despite being fried, the chicken cutlet still retained its appealing tenderness and juiciness. This is a good choice for something different.
