It was my first time at Tong Seng and my friends had told me a lot about the food sold there. I decided to try the chicken rice. The place is really crowded, since it was fasting month. I ordered the steamed chicken rice. The food was really nice. Both the chicken and the rice were well cooked. The soup is really tasty and you can even drink it on its own. The price is very reasonable. $3.50 for a plate.
