This is one of my favourite chicken rice at the neighbourhood market. My usual order has always been the de-boned chicken drumstick served with tomato, cucumber and achar. The rice has got a light and fluffy texture. The chicken has got a tender and juicy texture. Its taste is further enhanced by dipping it into the dark sauce and the chilli sauce. Their chilli has got a balance of chilli and lime taste with a distinct spiciness.
