How many different style of chicken rice are there in Singapore? White chicken rice, roasted skin chicken rice, chicken cutlet rice and chicken rice ball. Today I am going to have a try at the chicken cutlet rice from this stall. The chicken cutlet is well deep fried as it has a very nice golden brown color, crispy skin and tender texture on the inside. As for the rice, it is not too fragrance but texture wise is soft, grainy and does not stick together. Overall, it’s just an average chicken cut
